Puffin Mural, Rockland Wastewater Treatment Facility (c. 2015–2016). Community mural depicting a puffin and other coastal birds on the exterior wall of the wastewater treatment plant along Captain Spear Drive. The mural credits participants "Margo A., Susan R., Dash M., Deven, Noah H." rather than a single artist, suggesting it was created collaboratively, likely with local students or community volunteers. It predates the 2024 Amphitrite mural on the same facility.
